An operations and technology expert, Dix brings more than 20 years of experience helping businesses enable growth and improve operating results and client satisfaction through process and organizational transformation, technology rationalization and modernization, and alignment of technology and operations functions with business strategy. Most recently, he helped integrate the operations and technology of a home health risk adjustment acquisition into UnitedHealth Group. Prior to that, he led the integration of Walgreens pharmacy benefit management business into CatalystRx.
