Mitzi Davis is the General Counsel at Council Advisors, where she’s responsible for all legal matters, including managing client engagement agreements, and advising on company policies and procedures.
Mitzi previously served as Counsel for IBM Software, where she collaborated with teams across the organization — from product development, to marketing and social media, to mergers and acquisitions — to draft software licensing agreements, negotiate intellectual property policies, create governance documents, and work on a variety of other projects.
Before her time at IBM, Mitzi worked as a Corporate Associate at Davis and Gilbert LLP, where her focus was on drafting and reviewing SEC filings for both domestic and foreign private issuers.
