Taylor Griffin is the Chief Operating Officer at The Miles Group, where she is responsible for the overall operations and management of the firm.
Taylor is also a Managing Director at TMG and works with CEOs and C-suite executives across a broad range of organizations, including Fortune 50 global corporations, private-equity portfolio companies, and emergent VC-backed firms. It’s her goal to help these leaders reach higher performance levels; grow within new roles or organizations; and build their viability as succession candidates.
Before helping establish TMG, Taylor was part of the Leadership Consulting Practice at Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to that, she was an attorney who specialized in commercial litigation and bankruptcy in state and federal court.
