The Speakers:

Erwin Hermans, Vice President, Supply Chain Services, Celestica

Erwin is Vice President, Supply Chain Services for Celestica. In this role, he is responsible for managing Celestica’s Supply Chain Services business – working together with his team to help customers transform their supply chains. Erwin brings over 18 years of experience in the areas of supply chain strategy, operations and services. He spent 13 years with Lucent Technologies in supply chain operations and strategy roles. Prior to joining Celestica, Erwin held leadership roles at Accenture, where he led the Supply Chain Business Process Outsourcing practice, and at S&V Management Consultants, where he built and led the North America Supply Chain Practice.

Jason Meil, Managing Director, New Products and Innovation, SSA & Company

Jason is Managing Director of New Products and Innovation for SSA & Company. In this role, Jason brings innovation, service design and technology implementation expertise to supplement SSA’s deep capabilities in big data and operations transformation. Jason leads partnerships with consumer-facing businesses in areas like retail, media, consumer products and education. Jason also heads up SSA’s initiatives to design new systems, products, and tools that increase client impact. Previously, Jason was a Principal and Managing Director at Method, a leading design and technology firm. While at Method, Jason managed client relationships with companies such as Google, Microsoft, Flextronics, Samsung, Intel, Fujitsu, Charter Communications, Electronic Arts, First Republic Bank and Whole Foods, among many others. Prior to Method, Jason was Executive Vice President at Interpublic Group, where he led IPG/Initiative’s award-winning Innovations group. Jason has also held positions at Castling Group, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Lehman Brothers. Jason graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA from Harvard College and earned an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

Cory A. Eaves, Managing Director, General Atlantic

Cory is a Managing Director at General Atlantic. In his role, he leads GA’s Resources Group, where he provides expertise and strategic counsel to GA’s investment teams and is responsible for value creation across its portfolio companies. Mr. Eaves also serves on the firm’s Portfolio Committee.

Mr. Eaves joined General Atlantic in 2009 from Misys plc, a global provider of software and services to the healthcare and financial services industries, where he was Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer. Additionally, he was a member of the Board of Directors for Allscripts. Mr. Eaves brings more than 20 years of operational experience, including previously serving as Chief Technology Officer of SSA Global, one of the world’s largest enterprise software providers and a former General Atlantic portfolio company.

Mr. Eaves completed his B.S.E.E. at the University of Iowa, his M.B.A., cum laude, at Babson College and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Eaves advises a number of philanthropic organizations on strategy and technology. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Director for The Marfan Foundation. He also serves on the Board of Directors for NetHope, a technology collaboration of 37 of the world’s largest humanitarian organizations.
