SSA & Company (SSA), a New York-based global management consulting firm, announced today the addition of Philippe Rose as Managing Director.
Rose will grow and lead the firm’s European private equity and industrials practice. He brings over 25 years of experience in chemicals and management consulting and formerly ran Celerant’s Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) Private Equity practice. In that role, he covered the full M&A cycle, from due diligence to post-merger integration, across multiple sectors as well as working on the sell side in chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
