With over 25 years of experience in global management and corporate advisory, Matt is an expert at steering business strategies and providing go-to-market guidance. He’s worked with globally recognized retail and consumer goods brands, and has a wealth of experience helping public and private companies, entrepreneurs, and investors in areas like strategic planning, improving operations, restructuring, and managing mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining SSA & Company, Matt founded AGORA Advisors, a boutique advisory firm. He was also a Partner and Practice Leader at Boston Consulting Group; he served as Managing Director and Global Practice Leader at AlixPartners; and he worked as Partner and Practice Leader at Kurt Salmon.
