Taylor Griffin

Taylor Griffin is the Managing Partner at The Miles Group, where she is responsible for the overall operations and management of the firm. She also supports clients at the highest levels across all of TMG’s services, including CEO and senior team succession planning, CEO and C-level coaching, and senior-level assessments. She specializes in nurturing CEO candidacy among rising executives, ensuring seamless transitions in critical leadership positions.

Taylor works with CEOs and C-suite executives across a broad range of organizations, including Fortune 50 global corporations, private-equity portfolio companies, and emergent VC-backed firms. Her 20-plus years of leadership consulting expertise covers diverse sectors such as technology, consumer products, energy, industrial, healthcare, and financial services. It’s her goal to help these leaders reach higher performance levels; grow within new roles or organizations; and build their viability as succession candidates.

Before helping establish TMG, Taylor was part of the Leadership Consulting Practice at Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to that, she was an attorney who specialized in commercial litigation and bankruptcy in state and federal court.
