Stephen Miles is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Miles Group. With over 26 years of experience partnering with CEOs, emerging C-suite talent, and boards of directors, he is one of the world’s top business coaches and has developed an extensive library of leadership content that he uses to support a model of high-performance coaching with CEOs and COOs across the globe. He was profiled in Bloomberg Businessweek as “The CEO Whisperer.”

An expert on the dynamics and structures of roles within the C-suite, he has consulted numerous companies on establishing COOs, transitioning from COO to CEO, and ensuring seamless succession of talent into executive roles. He is also involved in advancing C-suite and board dynamics research in collaboration with the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Additionally, Stephen is a co-founder of the “New CEO Program” at the University of Melbourne, Australia.
