Laura Cococcia

Laura Cococcia is the Chief Administrative Officer at Council Advisors, where she leads talent, communications, and governance. She brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications, organizational development, and change leadership, built through executive roles at GE, Google, and American Express.

She advises startups and venture-backed technology companies, working closely with founders on strategy, communications, and organizational growth. Laura is a contributing writer for several publications, a Fulbright Specialist, and contributes to forums including the Aspen Institute, Cornell University, NYU’s Initiative for Purpose and Flourishing, and TED. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from The College of the Holy Cross and a master’s degree in human resources from Cornell University. She is based in New York City.
