John Rodgers is the Managing Partner and COO at SSA & Company, where he guides the day-to-day operations of the firm by steering business strategy, while also overseeing Financial Services, Insurance, EMEA, and Healthcare practices.
John previously held roles as the Director of Lean Six Sigma for the Ford Motor Company within their Marketing, Sales, and Service Group; and as Master Black Belt at GE Capital, where he specialized in Voice of the Customer and M&A integration.
Today, John serves as an Executive Coach for C-Suite leaders of multiple financial services firms. He gained his insight into the financial services industry through extensive prior experience operating and managing Aetna Life & Casualty and Cigna, where he earned multiple insurance-related designations, including CPCU, RPLU, ARM, and AIS.
