Vice President of Human Resources, Council Advisors
Tricia Madden is Vice President of Human Resources for Council Advisors. In this role, she manages talent programs and the HR team, providing support to leadership across Council Advisors’ constituent businesses — SSA & Company, The Miles Group, and High Lantern Group — to support their growth both domestically and internationally.
Through her previous roles at Standard & Poor’s, Heidrick & Struggles, MSCI Inc., and Morgan Stanley, Tricia has cultivated a deep expertise in the field of talent acquisition and executive search.
In addition to her work with Council Advisors, she also currently holds a position on the Executive Committee for Westchester County’s College of the Holy Cross Alumni Association chapter.
